Free technical support via email support@agena.co.uk. Technical support is available for software installation, resolving software errors and assisting with software operation. Technical support is NOT for building models from scratch, model de-bugging or AgenaRisk training. If you feel that you need some face-to-face help with using AgenaRisk or applying it to your own problems, you can view our training and consulting options.

Bugzilla
If you have come across an issue while using AgenaRisk, you can check our bug database, Bugzilla, to see if we know about it already. If not, you can use Bugzilla to report it. First-time Bugzilla users can sign up for an account here.
