AgenaRisk Support

The price of AgenaRisk includes a 12-month support and maintenance contract from the date of purchase. During this 12-month period, you are entitled to:

  • Free technical support via email support@agena.co.uk. Technical support is available for software installation, resolving software errors and assisting with software operation. Technical support is NOT for building models from scratch, model de-bugging or AgenaRisk training. If you feel that you need some face-to-face help with using AgenaRisk or applying it to your own problems, you can view our training and consulting options.

  • An unlimited number of incidents.

  • Guaranteed response within one business day.

  • If applicable, you will also receive free maintenance updates including bug fixes or minor product enhancements and free automatic full version upgrades for the duration of the maintenance contract. Any new major releases of the covered software will automatically be sent at no charge during the period of contract.

If you do not renew the AgenaRisk support and maintenace contract you will no longer be entitled to receive any of these benefits.

If you have come across an issue while using AgenaRisk, you can check our bug database, Bugzilla, to see if we know about it already. If not, you can use Bugzilla to report it. First-time Bugzilla users can sign up for an account here.
